Goal: Understanding how to recognize, realize, and regulate daily stressors.

Group Description:  An ongoing processing group to help women gain emotional wellness. Understanding triggers and developing healthy coping skill are the key to a healthy lifestyle. Focusing on understanding your thoughts, feelings, emotions, actions, and body sensations. Processing and exploring feelings with group members.    

Time and Day: Mondays from 6:00pm – 7:30pm

  • Practice skill/strategy (30 mins)
